KanAV respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Report material that you believe infringes your copyright using the contact details below.

Submitting a copyright complaint

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf, please include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or a representative list if the notice covers multiple works.
3. Identification of the material you want removed or disabled, including the exact KanAV page URLs so we can locate it.
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so we can contact you.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.
